WOW Presence, a unit of Trivora Pvt Ltd, is responsible for personal information collected for our website communications. Our contact address is 67B, Hootagalli Industrial Area, Mysuru, Karnataka 570018, India. For privacy questions, requests or grievances, email support@wowpresence.com.
When you browse
The website code does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or visitor profiling. Your hosting provider may process IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The website does not record contact-link clicks.
Newsletter signup and your choice
To request a newsletter subscription, enter your email address, select the consent box and click Subscribe by email. Your email app opens a prepared request to support@wowpresence.com. You must press Send to deliver it. Opening the email app does not confirm a subscription. You can read editions without subscribing.
The website does not save the form or send it to a subscription server. Once you send the request, we receive your email address, consent statement and any information included in your message through our email service. We use this information to manage your request and send WOW Monthly Insights. Subscription is optional and separate from browsing or contacting us.
You must actively select the consent box. We will not use newsletter consent to enrol you in unrelated promotions. Requests are handled manually; we need to confirm your request before adding your address to the active list. This website does not enable email-open or newsletter click tracking.
Unsubscribe and retention
You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@wowpresence.com. Each newsletter should include these instructions. Withdrawing does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal. Your address is used for newsletter delivery while you remain subscribed. After withdrawal, it must be removed from the active list; limited consent and suppression records may be retained where needed to honour your choice or meet applicable legal requirements.
Access, correction, deletion and grievances
You may contact support@wowpresence.com to ask about information we hold, correct it, request deletion, withdraw newsletter consent or raise a privacy grievance. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. You may also ask how to nominate a person to act on your behalf where applicable law provides for this. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may use the remedies and complaint routes available under applicable law as they become available.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting, email and communication services process information needed to provide their services. Subscription requests use your email provider and the email service handling support@wowpresence.com. Their processing locations and retention practices depend on the providers used. Contact us for information about the services handling your request. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and privacy preferences
This website does not set first-party cookies. It saves only your choice about external content in browser local storage under wow-privacy-preferences-v1, for up to 180 days. This is a preference record, not an analytics identifier, and it is not sent to our server. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only while this page is open.
Live LinkedIn updates and remote post images stay off until you allow external content. Allowing it sends requests to SociableKIT’s feed service and approved LinkedIn or SociableKIT image hosts. Those services receive network information such as your IP address and may apply their own policies. Our feed requests omit credentials and cookies; we cannot control a provider’s infrastructure or all browser-managed behaviour.
Choose Essential only to keep external content off. Saved post text and local images remain available. Use at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing stops new live-feed requests and removes remote images; it cannot reverse information already sent. Hosting or CDN cookies, if added during deployment, must be reviewed and disclosed before launch.
When you contact us or follow a link
Email and WhatsApp links open their respective services. Information you send through them reaches us through that service and is used to respond to your enquiry. Opening LinkedIn, WhatsApp or your email app takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. Newsletter consent is not required to contact us.
Children
The newsletter is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally enrol children. If you believe a child’s information has been provided, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.
Security and changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards and review access to personal information. Security is also dependent on the hosting and mailing services. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess it and provide notifications required by applicable law. We will update this notice when the newsletter platform or website’s data practices change.
India’s data-protection framework
Our notice and subscription design take account of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules, with obligations applying according to their notified commencement dates. A privacy notice alone does not establish compliance; our provider configuration and operating practices must also support the stated choices.
